Meet Our Chief Executive

Our Chief Executive Ms. Jale Asghar is an experienced developer of villas and apartments. She has worked in hotel and tourism management in Germany for many years. A couple of years ago, whilst living in Istanbul, she had a marvellous holiday in Dalyan. She felt that she found the heaven on earth and decided to live here.

She is a perfectionist who understands that the smallest detail can make a big difference and she believes that the satisfaction, needs and happiness of her clients are beyond everything. Her friendly approach is based on the belief that her role is not just to build houses, but to build trust.

Meet our Executive Director

Our Executive Director, Mr. Engin Onat, is an experienced businessman who established a successful manufacturing & import/export company during the 16 years he lived in Canada . Several years ago, tired of city life, he sold up and resettled in the beautiful area of Marmaris/Dalaman.

Mr. Onat's goal is to provide his clients with a high quality home, adhering to international standards of excellence using his extensive international experience.

We are a team of professionals. Our multilingual staff who are fluent in English, German, Dutch and Turkish, are reliable, friendly, and experts in their own fields. We understand that buying a property abroad can be a stressful process so we will be together, with you, from the first step until the last i.e. legal issues, banking etc.
