INSPECTION TRIP
Buying a property in Turkey is easier and more reasonably priced in comparison with many other European countries. However, without help the process can be tiring and distressing. At JONMAN HOMES we understand these difficulties and deal with them on your behalf.
Your major decision will be to decide on the type of property you want. Will it be off-plan or custom built? To make your decision, you can take advantage of our inspection trip service.
The Inspection Trip
At JONMAN HOMES we appreciate that there may sometimes be difficulties in buying a property abroad. To try to prevent this, we and our experienced staff will support and accompany you from the first step to the last.
The first thing to decide is whether off-plan or custom built best suits your requirements. This is followed by a visit to the location which can last up to 4 days. You are accompanied throughout by one of our representatives, who speaks fluent English. They will meet you at the airport and transfer you to one of the JONMAN HOMES complexes, which will have been arranged for you on a B&B basis. They will be there to help you throughout your visit, inspecting land, looking at property models and locations, and answering your questions.
If you decide to buy a property, you and JONMAN HOMES will sign an agreement and the fee for the inspection trip will be paid by JONMAN HOMES. If you decide not to purchase, payment of the special fee of £199 to cover the inspection trip costs will be your responsibility. |
